Hello!

I'm Hannah.

I married the man of my dreams in September 2012. Currently, we live along the heart of the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Kyle is an engineer and I am currently free to do unlimited baking and craft projects unemployed.

Kyle bought a house for a few years before he met me and lived by himself; so it is a bit of a bachelor pad and is in need of some tender loving care. We currently have two cats and a puppy and a seemingly endless list of DIY projects and to-do's, all of which have become fantastic adventures.

Some quick info about me:
I was home educated from 3rd grade through high school graduation
attended Belhaven College University for Biology, Music, and Dance for two years
then came back to Oregon where I attended Oregon State University for my last two years in Liberal Arts, Liberal Studies, Veterinary Science, Art, Music, Spanish, Anthropology, and General Agriculture, followed by a Masters in Agricultural Education.

...as a natural tomboy, I have struggled with style, fashion, and femininity my whole life (ballet being the girliest [yet I never admit to it] thing I've ever been passionate about)

...and the limited socialization from homeschooling didn't really help.

This blog is a way for me to share my (mis)adventures. Such adventures include: marriage, family, fitness, homemaking, travel, puppy raising, event planning and entertaining, interior decorating, photography, design, crafting, and in a nutshell: transforming myself from a frumpy homeschooler/pack-rat to a minimalist, trendy fashionista.
